Open Dates Calendar
U-Dig Fossils is now closed for the 2022 season. See the open dates below for 2023.
In 2023, U-Dig Fossils will be open on the days of March 17, 18, 24 & 25th. Beginning Monday March 27th, U-Dig Fossils will be open 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday, 9 – 6 closed Sundays. U-Dig is open on all holidays except for July 4 Independence day. The last day U-Dig will be open in 2023 will be Saturday October 28, 2023. U-Dig Fossils will then close for the winter season.
If you get there early, just wait for us at the gate and we will be there promptly.
Business hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed Sundays.
Please arrive at the quarry before 4 PM because the quarry will close early if no one is present at 4 p.m. Please do not attempt to enter the quarry when it is closed.
